DeleteJust came back from CDO where I did four-days' worth of ocular inspection and documentation. On the last night of my stay, I decided to visit this site and another one (no need to mention) to look for the best place in CDO to have a massage. In the end it was a choice between Nuat Thai & Ta Tsu Jin for two common reasons: (1) quality massage and (2) its male masseurs offer extra services.

I asked the driver to bring me to Nuat Thai but he didn't know how to go there so I asked to be brought to Ta Tsu Jin instead (in front of Save More Capistrano). When I told the driver that I'd be having a massage, the joker even suggested that he do it to me instead and then pay him. I laughed and got off the taxi.
When I came to Ta Tsu Jin, imagine my surprise when I saw a female receptionist chatting with a masseuse. I thought this was an exclusively male masseur place! Anyway, since I badly needed a massage, I told her I'd be availing the Hawaiian Massage for P380 (a combination of Swedish, Shiatsu, Hilot plus Foot Spa before the body massage). I specifically requested for a masseur (of course it had to be male) because I'm quite big (almost 6 feet and muscular). I had to wait for 10 minutes because the masseur was still servicing another customer.
What seem to be the longest 10 minutes ended with a tall slender youngish twink emerging out of the curtains carrying a small basin with hot, scented water. Just find a spa that allows male masseurs to handle female clients. Naa man pud mga female therapist nga kibalo ug hard massage. Just ask the receptionist

ReplyDeleteI think their top floor has more privacy, and is a little cleaner and quieter.
The floor below can be noisy. One time a giant cockroach flew onto my chest, and crawled around the curtains. Bad luck siguro. The therapist was apologetic naman, and killed it with baygon.

ReplyDeleteI am uncomfortable in giving comments about spa's in CDO samot pa bahin es. I fear that if I give comments about a spa or masseur I might be accused of favoring one over the other. What I can do instead is probably "moderate" the conversation so that we can find the best information around.
