New HIV cases in Philippines reach all-time high

It is the same situation here in Cagayan de Oro City.  HIV / AIDS cases in the city has reached an all time high and there is no stopping it.

According to the DOH, the virus is now infecting seven Filipinos every 24 hours, up from last year's average of five new HIV patients daily.
