28 Year Old Gay Guy from Patag infected with HIV

Another gay person has been confirmed to have been infected with HIV in Cagayan de Oro City.  This brings the total number of HIV infected persons to 27 as of 2011.  In 2008 there were only 6 cases of HIV-AIDS and 14 cases last year.

The latest infected person is a 28 year old guy from Barangay Patag.
