Yesterday evening Gov. Oca Moreno was declared as the new Mayor of Cagayan de Oro City, beating incumbent Mayor Dongkoy Emano
It was a shocking defeat for Mayor Emano. People expected a close fight but at the end, it was clear Moreno was leading Emano with almost 10,000 votes.
