The Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) is planning to build all-gender restrooms in 41 Philippine airports. This is part of their Gender Awareness Development program.
For a country that does not recognize same-sex unions or rights, this is a good step forward.
Aside from this, CAAP will also rehabilitate airport restrooms all over the Philippines.
