Globe or Smart mobile internet

I am trying out both Globe and Smart mobile internet.  Which is faster and better?  Should I just use my smartphone or buy those pocket Wi-Fi devices?

A friend told me Smart does not have a consistent connection compared to Globe.  In my area, there are times Globe is better than Smart and vice versa.

So which is which?  Post your comments.

    better buy an ULTERA outdoor modem / Huawei s22 then use smart prepaid LTE sim.

    proven and tested.
