A storm has just developed and is expected to affect Northern Mindanao vicinity.  CDO right now is experiencing some rain and gust of wind.

Tropical Depression Quennie affecting Northern Mindanao

A Tropical Depression has developed east of Mindanao.  It has been named by PAGASA as Queenie.  It is expected to pass by Cagayan de Oro City either tonight or early in the morning.  Anyway guys, keep safe and warm.
