Survived Typhoon Pablo

It was scary.  When the typhoon hit CDO, the winds were strong and the rain intense.  I was worried that our roof would fly off or worst a debris would hit us inside the house.  Anyway, the weather has already cleared and we are just cleaning up the surroundings.  We are thankful there was no major damage or loss of lives.

Typhoon Pablo

Stay indoors and avoid unnecessary movement.  The typhoon is expected to reach Cagayan de Oro around afternoon.  There is still electricity where I am so I hope for the best.  Take care guys.

Incoming Typhoon Pablo

There is an incoming typhoon (international name Bopha) in the next few days.  Currently it is still outside the Philippines.  Once it enters Philippine waters it will be named Pablo.  It is predicted to pass through eastern and even northern parts of Mindanao.

Residents in Misamis Oriental including Cagayan de Oro are advised to prepare and listen to government advisory and warnings.  Avoid listening to rumors and unverified text messages.
