Condom size

In Uganda, people are complaining that the condoms being distributed in their country are too small.  Yes, African men in general have bigger penises, this is a given fact.  This is affecting their drive against HIV AIDS.  Uganda has one of the largest HIV AIDS infection in the world.   http://www.rappler.com/science-nature/life-health/69608-condom-size-uganda-aids?utm_source=facebook&utm_medium=referral

In the Philippines, there are 2 popular condom brands in the market.  There isTrust (includes Frenzy) and Premiere.  Trust condom is for those with smaller penises or small penis girth (circumference).  While Premier on the other hand is suited for those with bigger penises.

So the next time you buy a condom, know your penis size.

Condom law affects porn industry in Los Angeles, USA

The basic purpose of the Condom Law was to require all male porn actors to wear condoms during filming.  This was to prevent the spread of HIV AIDS and other sexually transmitted infection in the porn industry.

Since its implementation in 2012, production of porn in the Los Angeles area has dropped dramatically.  It is said to affect 10,000 jobs and 6 Billion Dollars worth of revenues.

According to porn producers, actors are not comfortable using condoms and fans don't like it either. The consumers or fans simply wants raw sex.

Before the implementation of the Condom Law, actors undergo rigid HIV testing and other measures were in place to prevent the spread of infections.  However some actors in recent years contracted HIV AIDS.

Some productions are now being moved outside LA and even abroad.

New condom may be able to kill STDs

An Australian company is developing a new condom that may be able to kill sexually transmitted infections including HIV AIDS.

How does it work?  The condom is coated with VivaGel which contains antimicrobial drug that can reduce the risk of STDs and HIV AIDS.

It is not a 100% guarantee but at least it reduces significantly the risk of infection.

Condom size

One main reason why men usually avoid wearing condoms is because it does not fit them well

At first I thought that all condoms were of the same size. Little did I know that it actually had sizes that you can choose from.

If you have a smaller to average penis girth or thickness, then I suggest you buy Trust or Frenzy Condoms.  For those with a bigger penis girth, try using Premiere.  In fact Premiere has a product for penises with a bigger bulb or head.  Check their site at http://www.premiere.com.ph/Products

There are also other brands in the market.  Just try each product until you find the right one for you.  Also remember to apply water based lubricants to enhance the sexual experience.

New York City distribution of condoms

New York City has been giving away free condoms since 2007.  It was considered as a bold move to conquer sexually transmitted infections.

Considered as a great success, it minimized unwanted pregnancies, HIV AIDs and other sexually transmitted infections.

Other cities in the US are now trying to replicate this program

Condom Law in Los Angeles, USA

The Condom Law recently voted in Los Angeles, California requires porn actors to wear condoms during sex scenes.  This is in response to the growing concern of HIV infection.

Not all are happy about this law.  Porn producers are complaining that this law is violating their constitutional rights and is an added financial burden to the industry.  It can hurt their business and drive away investments to other countries without condom restrictions.  California is home to a multi-billion dollar adult industry.

With so many competitors in the adult industry, porn producers are feeling the pressure to provide the best adult film even if it means placing their actors at risk to sexually transmitted diseases.

There are rumors that Zac Efron will be visiting the Philippines this year to model for a local clothing company in Manila.  OMG indeed.

During the Lorax movie premier, he accidentally dropped a condom on the red or let say orange carpet.  Awkward!!  He confirmed this during an interview in the Today Show.

See you soon Zac!

Tips and Cautions of Online Dating

When chatting on-line:

1.DO NOT GIVE your primary email address: if someone pesters you, block them from sending any more messages. Alternatively use a Hotmail or Yahoo address, rather than your work or home email address.

2.It is easy to become very open from behind the computer screen, but unfortunately, like everywhere else, there are dishonest people online. DO NOT DIVULGE your home address or telephone number, or work details until you are sure you can trust the person.

3.Like you, everyone else is anonymous: DON'T BELIEVE anything you are being told, or that every picture you see is in fact the person you are talking to. You might be able to verify a picture by asking them to send another photo of themselves, or by asking questions about the picture. Photos that may seem too professional may have been downloaded off the internet.

Meeting someone:

1.BE REASONABLE with your expectations. Don't let your fantasies run away with you – what somebody seems to be on-line might not be who they are face-to-face.

2.When meeting for the first time, arrange to MEET IN A PUBLIC place like a bar or a club, or with friends. You can always go somewhere more private later once you have met them and you are sure you can trust them. Do not rely on the other person for transport – then you can leave whenever you want.

3.LET SOMEONE KNOW who you are meeting and where. You can leave a note, keep a diary, email a friend, or ask someone to phone you on your mobile to make sure you are all right.

4.Apply your COMMON SENSE and the basic rules of personal safety. Maintain a healthy degree of suspicion: if anything seems odd, be careful

5.If you plan to meet a stranger for sex, be safe and take CONDOMS with you in case you need them.

6.DON'T FEEL compelled or pressured to do anything you don't want to. Should things get out of hand don't hesitate to report it to the police.

Proper Condom Use and Lubricants

1.  First, make sure the condom package has not expired.  Never use an expired condom.  Check for air pockets to ensure the condom package has not been damaged or tampered.  Use the latex type condoms.
2. Open a condom by simply tearing off the package.  Do no use your teeth or any sharp object that might damage the condom.  Avoid rushing in wearing the condom to ensure it is correctly worn.

3. Now, pinch gently the extra tip of the condom before unrolling it into the penis.  This will prevent air pockets within the condom that might cause it to break especially during ejaculation.  If you are uncircumcised or uncut, you need to pull back the foreskin from the penis head before placing in the condom.

4.  Before placing the condom to your penis, slowly unroll it with your fingers so you would know which side to place the condom in.  If you mistakenly placed the condom in the wrong side, you have to dispose of it.  The outer side of the condom has probably been contaminated with pre-semen fluids.  This basically defeats the purpose of protecting your partner from your semen.

5.  Unroll the condom (still gently pinching the condom tip) until the penis base.  Remove if possible pubic hair caught in the condom.  For those uncircumcised, you can then roll back your foreskin to your penis head.

6.  Condom breakage is still possible especially through anal and vigorous sex.  It is therefore important to change condoms even in the middle of the act.

7.  After ejaculation, the condom must be disposed off.  Do not reuse the condom.  Carefully slide off the condom from your penis.  Do it in the bathroom or away from your partner.  Make sure there is no spillage.   Wash your hands throughly after disposal (especially anal sex).  This is to avoid contamination both semen and microbes from the anus.
