lets just say i have been around cdo for a long time. it is true, call boys before were very probinsyano, very accommodating, then suddenly they became more aggressive. times are changing, even the people i met online are becoming more aggressive and daring.

Actually my suggestion is do not even try hiring them. As I have been warning people, over and over, mga callboy dinhi CDO puro mga swindler. UNTIL the victims come forward and report the incident to the Police, magsigeg balikbalik ni nga issue.

Since I was never a victim of their swindling activities, all I can do is INFORM everyone that this is happening in CDO. In fact, in a Facebook Group discussion, someone told me that he helped two gay people who were swindled by these call boys in Divisoria. I constantly post warnings in another gay site and several people have already admitted they were victimized by these call boys. As recent as today, one person admitted that he was victimized by a callboy including 2 of his friends last July 2011. I am trying to convince them not to be afraid and to cooperate with me in this issue.

When I visited CDO last August and strolled around limketkai, I saw those two guys in the first and second picturs, and from amdistance got attracted to the second guy, but when he smiled at me, bungi pala. I'm sure mabahomang hininga nun kasi may defect sa kanyang ipin. Buti nalang pala dimako kumuha ng rentboy nun, extortionists pala ang mga rentboys dyan sa cdo. In other words, they are not callboys. In spite of the ongoing encouragement that victims should make a formal police complaint, I know that this not likely to happen, well not even in the near future. We are all aware that if bring bring this issue up to the authorities, the social stigma against gay practices may waterdown the response of the authorities. Baka nga pagtatawanan pa tayo. I think you Kagay-anons will think of strategies to ward these persons off your perimeters. In one city in the Northern Luzon region, there used to be a group of callboys who were extortionists. What some gays did was to post around the city their pictures with captions about their modus. The callboys were no longer seen in the place after that. I encourage you to think of ways that will work in your situation there in CDO.

I guess one of the reasons why you have very notorious callboys and people in CDO now is because you have a very lousy, incompetent and probably corrupt mayor - Mayor edano i think is his name? Also dami na kasi mga outsiders who have infiltrated CDO - most of whom are not really original inabitants of CDO. Just my thoughts.

It is difficult to file a complaint against these people if you are not the main complainant. All I can do is make people aware that there is such a thing happening in our city. The police station that covers Divisoria area is Station 1. Their office is located below that unfinished bridge in the former amphitheater.

Someone posted here that they usually hangout along Novo in Velez Street (inbetween Velez-Pabayo and Velez-Cruz Taal). I passed by the area and indeed I found these guys just hanging out, murag di mahadlok nga naay mo tudlo nila nga kawatan sila. What is more frustrating are the victims. Everytime I advertise this in social networking sites, someone would tell me their friend were victimized by these people but when I ask them to communicate with me so we can file legal charges against these call boys, mawala lang kalit. Again I CAN NOT DO THIS ALONE. Kung kamo mismo dili mo disidido mo reklamo, mag daghan ni sila.

I am a victim also of that guy in White Pilipinas shirt. I met him in PR. He seemed nice but after we had sex, he asked for 3k from me which luckily i dont have that time. Now inregards to police, ako na bahala sa police as long as if you had also a file ng mga pics ng mga hayop na eto, maybe makilala ko, then deretso na yun for a filing a case against them, and also for putting their pictures at all local tabloids and braodsheets here in mindanao and visayas. i am willing to spend money for this...
