Gays in the Armed Forces of the Philippines
Let's face it, gays are everywhere including in the military. This was validated when the AFP sex scandal came out in 2004
Major Ferdinand Ramos who was a training officer in Camp O' Donell in Capas, Tarlac assured military cadets that he would go "easy" on them in exchange for sexual favors. The Major even video taped his sexual escapades with his cadets. The Major performed oral sex on the cadets and vice versa. However one of his cadets got disappointed after he failed to fulfill his promise. So what happened next was a national scandal. The disgruntled cadet stole the Majors camcorder and gave it to GMA 7's Imbestigador.
As to what happened to Major Ramos after the scandal....I have no idea.

1991, Freddie Mercury the lead singer of the British band, Queen died
due to bronchopneumonia and AIDS. He was known for song hits such as
"We are the Champion", "Bohemian Rhapsody" and others. In the height of
his career (1970's), people were already aware of his bisexuality. Despite this knowledge, his fans both
straight and gay supported him. His songs are now considered as classic rock hits.

Video : Best of T (part 1)
This is a rare Pinoy vintage gay porn. I really forgot the full title of the video. It was "The Best of T...." The last name of the title started with a letter T. So I hope someone here can identify the full name of this video.
As you can see, the video quality is a bit poor. I guess they used VHS format at that time. This is part 1 of the almost two hour video.

Text, Internet "addicts" at risk of AIDS
According to an article I read in Yahoo News, young Filipinos hooked on text messaging and the Internet,
particularly those who frequent chat rooms, blog (including this blog?) and social networking
sites, are at risk of contracting the HIV. A study suggested that two to
five out of 10 Filipinos aged 18 to 29 turn to text messaging and chat
rooms to arrange sexual encounters.
This is why I try my best to provide an online venue (like this blog and chatroom) for people to be aware of HIV / AIDS. We need to bring the message right on the doorsteps of people.
Guys HIV/AIDS in Cagayan de Oro is at its worst and will get even worst. I hope you use condoms always when having sex. There are articles in this blog on how to properly use a condom and other stuff.
Skyhi Cinema
The Skyhi cinemas (JR Borja and Capistrano branches) has been part of Cagayan de Oro's gay culture since the 1990s to 2000. Gay, bisex and straight men went to Skyhi for only one reason and that was for a quick release. The stories that I heard from people were so shocking that I could not believe these things were happening in CDO. Sex along the stairway, cinema seats and the restroom stalls where everyone can watch and participate if they wanted to. It was a cinema orgy.
Eventually the show had to end. The opening of Gaisano and Limketkai cinemas greatly affected the old cinemas of the city. Skyhi in Capistrano eventually closed down and people moved to Skyhi JR Borja. Right now, I am not sure if Skyhi JR Borja is still open. I haven't passed by the area for quite a while now.

Nude Photography
I tried my hand on some nude photography before but the results were disappointing. I simply could not get the right pose or effect. Aside from that, it was difficult to find a willing model (with good body proportions). After a few photo sessions I decided to abandon nude photography. I guess I was not meant to be a photographer but a blogger! hahahaha

Cagayan de Oro Call Boys, Then and Now
Cagayan de Oro call boys in the past (10 years ago or more) were easy to talk with. You never feared that you would be intimidated or swindled. Just pay the agreed the price and you go on your separate ways. My encounter with these call boys started when my friend from Manila wanted a "torohan" session. So who do you hire for this "torohan" session? I had no choice but to look for call boys around the city. At that time, the best place to look for call boys was in the Capitol area which was quite dark at that time. Most call boys would loiter around the NBI Office, waiting for "clients" to call their attention.
Around the year 2006, I started hearing stories of gay people being swindled by call boys. At first the rumors were that call boys from Davao came to CDO to look for victims. Gay swindling in Davao was rampant at that time. Then as time passed a different story was developing. This time, the swindlers were call boys based in CDO. A friend even told me that a gay person was beaten up in his house by a call boy. This alarmed me. How could this happen in CDO? That beating incident made me decide to start an information drive about this issue. I had to expose their swindling activities or else others will fall prey to their schemes.
So as you can see, this issue has been going on for several years now. Dili ni nga karon pa gihisgutan. I hope with more people accessing this blog, the issue about this call boys would soon be known to everyone. Share this information and save others from being swindled.

I do not understand why people think that if you are an advocate against HIV/AIDS or promoting safe sex, you have the disease. Let me emphasize this, I don't have the disease ( I am HIV negative according to my test), so with other doctors and people who are on the front line in battling this disease. You don't have to get the disease to understand it. In fact the best people to promote safe sex are those who engage in gay sex yet are HIV negative like me :) So, join me in this fight against HIV / AIDS. Do not wait for your love ones or friends to get it.

Bato bato sa langit ang matamaan huwag magalit. Do not be upset if you are mentioned in the blog comments. We are not in the business of destroying peoples reputation. Everyone here is entitled to his/her own opinion as long as it does not border homophobic comments. I suggest, whoever you are to take these negative comments and use it instead to improve yourself, your services. Once people will notice an improved service, I am quite sure you would be reading good comments in this blog. Mao bitaw ubang tindahan gapangayo ug comments from customers so that they would know which part of their service needs improvement.

Apple Co-Founder Steve Jobs Dies
Steve Jobs the co-founder of Apple died at the age of 56. He had been battling pancreatic cancer for the past years. Steve Jobs was responsible for the launching of the PC (Personal Computer), Fonts in PC, iPod, iPhone and iPad which has changed the way we live. Who will be the next Steve Jobs? We will never know. International Day of No Prostitution
Today is the International Day of No Prostitution or simply No Prostitution Day. It is a worldwide celebration and the City of Cagayan de Oro takes part of it. In fact City Hall mandates that all establishments showing "exotic" dancers including gay bars should close for a day to commemorate this event. It will be a cold night tonight.

Brew Berry Cafe
Yesterday I went to Brewberry Cafe just to check out the restaurant. It has been a long time I havent gone to the place. I usually order their Chicken Au Gratin and Cordon Bleu. To my disappointment, it did not taste as good as before but it was not a waste of time. The waiter who served me was an eye candy! Sinfully delicious....I suggest you go there not for the food but for the waiter LOL. Sorry guys, no pics of the waiter :(

Being Gay in the Philippines
LGBT's (lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender) are highly tolerated in the Philippines. You can see them in all corners of Philippine society from doctors, engineers, law enforcers, public officials, religious leaders and others. Despite being tolerated, homosexuality is still not accepted in Filipino society.
There are schools (mostly Catholic institutions) across the country that requires their students to behave in a certain manner or else face expulsion. Qualified gay men are sometimes not hired for fear their male subordinates might not respect them. Family pressure is ever present. A Filipino man who does not marry at a certain age becomes a gay suspect.
There are attempts to introduce laws to safeguard Filipino LGBT rights but support is lacking among law makers. Some interest groups believe that this law will pave the way to more LGBT rights and eventually full acceptance in Philippine society.

On November 24,
1991, Freddie Mercury the lead singer of the British band, Queen died
due to bronchopneumonia and AIDS. He was known for song hits such as
"We are the Champion", "Bohemian Rhapsody" and others. In the height of
his career (1970's), people were already aware of his bisexuality. Despite this knowledge, his fans both
straight and gay supported him. His songs are now considered as classic rock hits.
