A transgender woman working in a call center company in Quezon City was not allowed in the ladies restroom of their office. There were not much details why she or he was blocked by the lady security guard.
Most call center offices do allow employees to dress what they feel like as long as it is an appropriate attire. That is why you see a lot of cross dressing or transgender women or probably men in the BPO industry.
However one begs the question, should a transgender woman who might still have their original reproductive system intact be allowed in the ladies restroom? Or should companies simply build a third restroom for them?
