The Fil-Am model John Spainhour is Philippines representative to Mr. World 2014. Spainhour was the winner of the Century Tuna Superbods 2012. Before coming to the Philippines he was in the US military and served in Iraq for 5 years.
While Sam Adjani, a mixed Filipino-Japanese-Persian will represent Philippines in Mr. World 2015.
