Cash strapped European cities are now trying to attract gay and lesbian tourists. According to a study, gay and lesbian tourists have higher incomes and has not been affected by the European economic crisis.
European countries such as Greece, Germany and Bulgaria are now trying to promote themselves as a gay and lesbian friendly destinations.

Here in the Philippines, there are some known gay destinations like Puerto Galera in Mindoro, Malate in Manila, Metro Cebu (including cities of Cebu, Mandaue and Mactan Island) and others.
However here in CDO, I have heard nothing so far after the closure of Hallo Gay Bar last year. So any suggestions? I might have missed something?
