Hot Hot Summer

Feeling the warm weather?  PAGASA and DOH are advising people to avoid excessive sun exposure that might cause heat stroke.  Drink enough water and stay under the shade.  Health drinks like Gatorade or Propel can re-hydrate you and keep your internal body temperature cool.  Buko juice is also a good and cheap alternative to keep yourself cool and hydrated.  

If you can not avoid going under the sun, apply some sun block or sun screens.  Use a sunblock with at least SPF 30.  The higher the SPF number the better.  However before applying on a sunblock, dab a small portion on your skin to check for allergic reactions.  There are hypo-allergenic sunblocks you can use.
