Its Halloween!!

Expect heavy traffic along roads leading to cemeteries.  If possible carpool to minimize cars in the roads.  By now cemeteries are packed with people.  Do not forget to bring along your mosquito repellants and umbrellas.

This is also the best time for gay people to dress up and not be discriminated.
