Finally saw Ms. Kagay-an winner, Ms. Angel Carbajal during the Golden Float Parade. She is a nursing student from Capitol University. In all honesty she looks ordinary, in short Pinay na Pinay. I now understand why someone was complaining about her in a blog. It is it all brains and no beauty?
In fairness to Ms. Carbajal, once you get in the top 5, all are already considered winners. You already possess the qualities of a Ms. Kagay-an. All previous scores of the contestants are nullified and everything would now depend on the Question and Answer portion. Answer the question right and you will be assured of the crown.
