Congratulations to the Philippine Dragon Boat Team for winning the Gold in the Premier 1,000m event in Tampa Bay, Florida. They also won Gold in the previous years despite the lack of monetary support from the Government. Their story was featured in ABS-CBN and was heart breaking. They did not even had enough funds for their training, food and equipment. These people are the genuine AZKALS. Filipinos who persevere despite the odds against them.

i agree! pinoy na pinoy gyud hehehehe mas maayo siguro atong develop ang dragon boat sports kaysa football or competitive swimming. miski taas imo mga kontra or dako basta kusog lang mu bugsay makadaog ka gyud. congrats!
