The RH Law or Reproductive Health Law has been declared as constitutional by the Supreme Court, however some provisions of the law were deem unconstitutional and must be removed.
Despite the removal of some of the provisions it would not greatly affect the law.
This is a welcome news to the Philippines which has a very high birth rate. We really have to control our population. How can a father who is working as a tricycle driver and a stay home mother feed a 5 children and more? Most of these children would end up uneducated, abandoned and would resort to criminal activities just to survive.
