imagine sticking your finger in your nose...try sticking two fingers in your nose...sa ka dugayan mu luag ug mu dako ang buslot sa imong ilong. i am not sure if there would be some "damage" but of course do not expect your asshole to be the same before.
Make sure when you finger yourself, you have short nails. Para di musok-sok ang hugaw sa imong kuko. Creamsilk shampoo or conditioner? So far it is being used by some people because it is cheap and readily available pero ubang tao ga ka irritate ilang lubot ana. Sabon baya na unya mabilin sulod sa imong lubot. Do not use regular SOAP or even hand soap kay muhapdos gyud na. Mas maayo pud if imo gamiton kanang mild like baby shampoo or conditioner. Most would advise to use spit or imong laway para lubrication. Klaroha lang nga limpyo pud nga laway nga dili gikan ka pa ug kaon. Take note, you use shampoo or conditioner for fingering yourself but for anal sex, gamit kana ug water based lubricants.
