The SunStar Cagayan de Oro front page says it all.....HIV AIDS Cases in Oro increasing! As of this week, Cagayan de Oro City has 42 HIV AIDS cases. Just last month, a 29 year old AIDS victim died in the hospital. If this does not make you feel uncomfortable or concerned, then I guess you do not care about yourself or others.

They will entertain your questions without malice. If they do insult or embarrass you in anyway, call the attention of the City Health Officers and report such incident. These people are supposed to assist you in anyway.
