Marko Germar is a Filipino-American who was a finalist in the TV reality dance show, So You Think You Can Dance Season 8 shown last year 2011. The other person in this video is Tadd Gadduang who is also a finalist in the same show.

Tadd was the Filipino-American, (the guy with the semi-mohawk), that's what I remember since I am an avid fan of this reality series since season 1. :)
P.S.
Marko is from Guam but I'm not sure if his of Filipino descent, but nevertheless, i love these two guys especially when they dance! :)
